Provide customers with technical lectures, design selection, acceptance standards, installation 

and maintenance technical support before, during and after sales;

|Service assurance|

Respond within 24 hours from the date of receiving the customer's demand, and implement according to the 

scheme agreed by both parties. The supplier shall bear the cost of product problems;

|Quality assurance|

18 months from the date of delivery or 12 months from the date of use, whichever comes first. 

In case of product problems, the cost shall be borne by the supplier to create a brilliant tomorrow.
